ASSISTellence is once again inviting participants to exchange ideas, learn and network in 2026 – with practical insights for assistants who want to take an active role in shaping their careers.

Today, being a strong assistant means more than just organisation and routine. Through strategic collaboration, they take on responsibility, manage complex processes with confidence, proactively shape workflows and make targeted use of digital tools to effectively support leadership and make teams more successful in the long term.

At the ASSISTellence after-work event in Munich, you can look forward to practical insights, inspiration and peer-to-peer discussion. Tanja Bögner, an experienced and passionate assistant, will demonstrate in her keynote speech how assistants make an impact today – within the team, in day-to-day office life and for their own professional development. She’ll share how she overcomes challenges, uses tools efficiently and strategically strengthens her role.
