Closing of the transaction is subject to the relevant regulatory clearances.
The TMD Friction Group is a leading global manufacturer of brake friction materials for cars, racing cars and commercial vehicles. It is headquartered in Leverkusen and has subsidiaries worldwide.
Nisshinbo Holdings Inc. is a global environmental and energy company operating in a variety of sectors including electronics, automotive, chemicals and real estate.
