Gleiss Lutz strengthens notarial services in Berlin <br> with Dr. Lennart Schramm

Dr. Lennart Schramm, previously a notary at Flick Gocke Schaumburg, will join Gleiss Lutz's Berlin notarial team as of counsel on 1 April 2022, together with his team of notarial professionals. He will join the partnership of Gleiss Lutz on 1 January 2023.   Lennart Schramm joined Flick Gocke Schaumburg in October 2018 as a lawyer and notary representative in corporate law, venture capital and M&A, and has also been a notary since his appointment in 2020. Previously, he advised for many years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the area of corporate law/M&A and in the notarial services. The renowned international Best Lawyers ranking, which is published in Germany in cooperation with Handelsblatt, awarded Lennart Schramm for his work in 2020 and 2021.   In Berlin, Gleiss Lutz currently has two notaries, Christian Steinke (partner) and Dr Detlef Schmidt (of counsel). With the arrival of Lennart Schramm, the firm is underlining the long-term and future-oriented positioning of its Berlin-based notarial services. In addition, renowned M&A lawyer Wolfgang Sturm, previously a partner at Linklaters, will join Gleiss Lutz as Of Counsel on 1 May.
