Gleiss Lutz has advised medatixx GmbH & Co. KG on its acquisition of mediDOK Software Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH.
medatixx GmbH & Co. KG is a leading provider of software and IT services for physicians, employing approximately 850 staff members.
mediDOK will continue to operate as an independent company in the market and will actively further develop and distribute its medical archiving and image processing software “mediDOK” for medical practices, outpatient clinics, and medical care centers (MVZ).
