Gleiss Lutz advises Federal Republic of Germany on changes to EADS’ shareholder structure

On 5 December 2012, the Federal Republic of Germany, France and Spain reached an agreement on a new shareholder structure for EADS NV together with the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), Daimler AG and the French Lagardère SCA Group.
