Gleiss Lutz has advised Dr. Christoph Morgen (Brinkmann & Partner), the insolvency administrator for the German onshore wind turbine developer and manufacturer eno energy, on the sale of an onshore wind farm portfolio to a leading German renewable energy developer and its French subsidiary, Energie Eolienne France, to Qair, an independent renewable energy producer.
