Saskia advises on all aspects of German and European competition law, including German and European merger control law, cooperation and distribution contracts, cartel proceedings and litigation, as well as competition law compliance.
Vita
Saskia has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2016. She studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and Montpellier. For her doctoral thesis, she was invited as a visiting scholar to the university of Nancy, and she was a guest lecturer at the universities of Heidelberg and Lille. In 2015, during her legal clerkship, Saskia worked at the DG Comp as a trainee lawyer.
Besides German, she speaks English, French and Spanish.
