Ferdinand advises clients in all phases of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises on all aspects of corporate law on a regular basis.
From September 2026 to February 2027 on secondment with Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley.
Ferdinand studied at the university of Innsbruck (Mag.iur.rer.oec). Prior joining Gleiss Lutz, Ferdinand practiced at an international law firm from 2015 to 2022. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2022.
Ferdinand speaks German and English.
