Frank advises on employment and labour law, with a special focus on reorganisations, corporate transactions and outsourcing. He also advises on negotiations with works councils and trade unions, litigation, conclusion and termination of service agreements with board members.
Frank studied at the University of Göttingen. He worked as in-house counsel within the HR department of BASF. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 1996. Frank is a certified labour law attorney.
He is a member of the German Bar Association (DAV) and its Labour Law Working Group.
