Gleiss Lutz advises ENGINIUS TEC GmbH on the acquisition of parts of the Clean Logistics Group
A Gleiss Lutz team has advised ENGINIUS TEC GmbH on the acquisition of parts of the insolvency assets of the Clean Logistics Group. Clean Logistics, a young, listed manufacturer and retrofitter of environmentally friendly, zero-emissions trucks and buses, had filed for insolvency with Lüneburg Local Court on 22 February 2023. The transaction will enable a majority of jobs to be retained at three of the group's locations.
