Gleiss Lutz has started offering notarial services in its Frankfurt office. The Frankfurt Gleiss Lutz partner Dr. Cornelius Götze has been appointed as notary. The notarial services will initially focus on the area of corporate/M&A.

Corporate partner Dr. Cornelius Götze advises national and international clients on corporate law with a particular focus on stock corporation law, on joint ventures, M&A transactions, transformations and capital markets issues.
The law firm already has established notarial capacities in the Berlin office including the partners Christian Steinke, Dr. Detlef Schmidt, Hans-Hermann Rösch and Dr. Stefan Lingemann.
