GRENKELEASING AG has increased its share capital by 7%, successfully raising EUR 54 million in equity. Shareholders' subscription rights were excluded.
With the help of HSBC, the new shares were offered to qualified investors by way of accelerated bookbuilding and to other selected investors by way of a private placement outside of the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. Gleiss Lutz advised GRENKELEASING AG on the capital increase in all legal matters.
