Gleiss Lutz has advised the UK real estate investor Edinburgh House on the refinancing of a large part of their German real estate portfolio, with a transaction volume of more than EUR 600 million. Edinburgh House has been investing in German real estate ‑ mainly retail ‑ for about two years and further multimillion investments are planned. Gleiss Lutz has also assisted Edinburgh House with many of their previous investments.
