Gleiss Lutz has advised Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb), a leading European specialist bank for commercial real estate finance, on employment law in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Deutsche Investment Group.
By expanding its investment management portfolio, the Bank intends to strengthen its “pbb invest” division and diversify its revenue streams. Deutsche Investment Group is a real estate investment manager offering solutions along the entire real estate value chain.
The transaction is subject to clearance by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and the Federal Cartel Office.
