Kristina’s practice focuses on European antitrust law, trade law, and EU foreign subsidies control. She represents international companies, especially Asian clients, in proceedings before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, and the European Courts. Kristina is a member of the Gleiss Lutz Asia Advisory Group.

Vita

Kristina completed her legal studies in Germany and France, supported by a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation. From 2014 to 2015, she was a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich. During her legal clerkship in Munich from 2014 to 2016, she worked at the Japan Fair Trade Commission in Tokyo, among others. Kristina has been with Gleiss Lutz since January 2017. From 2022 to 2023, Kristina was on secondment at a Japanese law firm.

She is a member of the German-Japanese Lawyers' Association and the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law.

Kristina speaks German, English, French, Spanish and Japanese.
