Anne Görg advises national and international clients on corporate law matters, with a particular focus on corporate governance, the duties and liability of members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board, as well as compliance & investigations. She regularly provides strategic advice to companies on compliance matters, particularly with regard to the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of compliance management systems and governance structures. She also has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations, handling related litigation, and providing legal and strategic advice in dealings with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Vita
Anne studied law at the University of Mainz. During her legal clerkship, she already worked for Gleiss Lutz, as well as an international automotive company in Munich. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2023.
