Nikolai advises clients on a wide range of corporate law issues. His focus is on German stock corporation law. Here, he advises i.a. on shareholder meetings, board matters, D&O liability issues, company group law issues and compliance.
Vita
Nikolai studied law in Passau, Los Angeles (LL.M. 2015) and Tübingen (Dr. iur. 2018). He wrote his doctoral thesis on a stock corporation law topic. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2020.
