Melina has significant experience advising national and international corporate clients and financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. She also advises a wide range of listed and unlisted companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters.
Melina studied in Wuerzburg and Bristol (United Kingdom). In 2018 she completed a stage of her legal training at an international law firm in London. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2019. Melina is currently on secondment at a US law firm in New York.
Melina is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
