Kristina Sirakova advises on all aspects of German and European competition law, including German and European merger control law, cooperation and distribution contracts, cartel proceedings and litigation, as well as competition law compliance.
Vita
Kristina Sirakova studied at the universities of Heidelberg and San Diego. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2019. From 2012 to 2017, she worked as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law. In 2014, she worked at the European Court of Justice as trainee lawyer.
