Konrad advises national and international clients on corporate and real estate business law. His main practice areas include advising on the preparation, structuring and realization of real estate transactions as asset or share deals, including financing, as well as on real estate-related M&A transactions and real estate joint ventures. Another focus of his practice is commercial landlord and tenant law as well as general contract and civil law.

Vita

Konrad studied at the Free University of Berlin. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2012. In 2016/2017 Konrad passed a secondment in London with one of our network law firms.

Konrad speaks German and English.
