Adrian advises on questions relating to corporate and capital market law, including board matters, as well as on national and cross-border M&A transactions. He has special expertise in the advisory of listed companies and their shareholders. Adrian is co-head of the Core Business Unit Advisory and a member of Gleiss Lutz’ Automotive as well as Compliance group.

Vita

Adrian studied law and business administration at the University of Tübingen (MBA 2002) and the University of Chicago (LL.M. 2005). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2015. In 2006 Adrian was admitted to the New York State Bar (Attorney-at-Law). He worked for international law firms in New York in 2008 and 2013 and for an investment bank in Frankfurt in 2011/2012.

Adrian is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).

Adrian speaks German and English.
