Gleiss Lutz advises BayWa on the financing for construction of a solar park in Japan

​Gleiss Lutz has advised BayWa r.e. on the financing for construction of a new 50 MW solar park on the outskirts of Kobe City, Japan.

NORD LB structured the project financing in a facility size of approximately EUR 70 million which will cover the construction costs of the power plant. The ground-breaking of the construction started in 2021 and completion is scheduled for the summer of 2023.
