GLEISS LUTZ ADVISES BANK CONSORTIUM ON THE DEBUT SYNDICATED FINANCING OF THE RAIFFEISEN WAREN GROUP

A Gleiss Lutz team has comprehensively advised a banking consortium led by DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, on the reorganisation of the financing structure of the Raiffeisen Waren Group. With the support of a total of eight commercial, regional and Volksbanks, the Raiffeisen Waren Group has for the first time implemented a syndicated financing structure to support further business development.    

The Raiffeisen Waren Group, headquartered in Kassel, has been providing a wide range of services and products in the agricultural, building materials, technology and energy sectors for over 125 years with currently around 3,000 employees at over 200 locations in Germany and Denmark.
