The 2 hours guest lecture on the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation was part of the Advanced Course in Competition Law at the University of Antwerp, taught by Prof. Jan Blockx and Nathan Cambien. It explored the new competition law instrument through the perspective of a practitioner, focussing on the underlying objectives of the Regulation, its basis architectur, the main features as well as challenges in the practical implementation.
