Gleiss Lutz advises H.I.G. Europe on the acquisition of a stake in comcross
A Gleiss Lutz team has advised H.I.G. Europe on the acquisition of a majority stake in the comcross group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Since 2016, comcross has been steadily expanding its presence in the growing Eastern European market with its partner company comcross croatia d.o.o..
The acquisition of the comcross Group took place via the portfolio company Infratech. Gleiss Lutz had also advised on the acquisition of this company by H.I.G. Europe. The highly complementary combination of the fibre optics specialist Infratech with the 5G specialist provider comcross now creates a leading service provider for digital infrastructure in Germany.
