Gleiss Lutz opened an office in London – one of the world’s leading business and financial centres – on 1 January 2022. The London team advises clients on German and EU law, focusing on complex finance, M&A, and private equity transactions as well as distressed M&A and restructuring scenarios. We also advise on antitrust issues, in particular actions for damages. We work closely in London with the members of our European Network – Chiomenti, Cuatrecasas, and Gide.
