Carl advises on all aspects of German and European competition law with a fcous on merger control, cartel investigations and private antitrust litigation. He has particular expertise in general European Law.
Vita
Carl studied law at the University of Heidelberg. He joined Gleiss Lutz in 2023. Prior to that, he gained experience as a trainee at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission with a special focus on the media sector as well as a trainee at Gleiss Lutz in Competition Law.
Carl speaks German, English and French.
