Philip advises clients on domestic and international tax law, in particular on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
Philip studied at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise en droit) and the King’s College London (LL.M. in International Tax Law). He trained in Hamburg with elected positions in Montevideo and Paris. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2018 and was admitted as tax advisor in 2023. The German federal chamber of tax advisors honored his doctoral thesis in 2019.
He is a member of the German-French Lawyers Association (DFJ) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
He speaks German, English and French.
