Vita
Nico studied law at the University of Konstanz. From 2012 to 2017 he worked for Gleiss Lutz in the corporate/M&A practice group. In 2013, Nico worked with the cross-border transactions team of a Chinese law firm in Beijing. From 2017 to 2019 he served as senior legal counsel in the inhouse legal department of a leading German industrial company. In 2019, Nico returned to Gleiss Lutz. He works again in our corporate/M&A practice group.
