Mara advises on individual and collective labour law. She specialises in accompanying restructurings (including in the context of insolvencies) and negotiations with works councils as well as in advising on labour law issues in corporate transactions. She also accompanies disputes with works councils and trade unions.
Vita
Mara studied in Osnabrück, Hull (GB) and Oxford (GB, Magister Juris 2014). In 2016 she spent a stage of her legal training working with a City law firm in London.
She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2017.
