Julia advises on individual and collective labour law. She focuses on employment contracts and service agreements, also for management board members and managing directors, and on the design of remuneration systems and remuneration reports as well as the corresponding support of annual general meetings. In addition, she advises banks and financial service providers on the adaptation of contracts to IVV’s remuneration requirements.
