José studied law at the National University of Asunción in Paraguay (obtaining the academic degree of Public Notary) and at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster (LL.M.). In 2019, José worked as an intern at the National Competition Commission in Paraguay. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2019.
