Jonas advises clients on corporate and real estate law, specialising in national and international real estate and portfolio transactions, project developments joint-venture agreements and M&A deals.
Jonas studied at the Free University of Berlin. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2012. For his achievements in the First State Exam he received an award from the Berlin Justice Minister as well as the Free University of Berlin’s Alumni Prize. During his legal clerkship he worked inter alia at the Federal Ministry of Economy and at an international law firm in Berlin and London.
