Gleiss Lutz advises TRIOPT shareholders on the sale of their shares in the Group

A team of Gleiss Lutz lawyers has advised the shareholders on the sale of their shares in TRIOPT Group companies to Deutsche Infrastruktur und Netzgesellschaft mbH (DING). The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The TRIOPT Group is made up of the four subsidiaries TRIOPT GmbH, TriPro GmbH, Triopt-Bau GmbH and TriJobs GmbH and employs a workforce of around 250 at its headquarters in Moers and the offices in Goch. As a technical service and solution provider with a focus on mobile telephone network development, the TRIOPT Group's services range from consulting, planning, optimisation, on-site inspections, costing and construction coordination through to radio network optimisation for events and the construction and expansion of 5G campus networks.

Headquartered in Bochum, Deutsche Infrastructure und Netzgesellschaft (DING) specialises in the planning and optimising of mobile networks and employs more than 1,250 people. The company is one of Germany's leading service providers and general contractors and covers the entire value chain in the fibre optics sector, from planning to construction, operation and leasing of dark fibre networks. DING is one of the portfolio companies of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG.
