He discussed the experiences and expertise of Gleiss Lutz in arbitrations concerning offshore windfarms. Björn specifically addressed the particularities and challenges associated with disputes in the offshore windfarm sector and provided guidance on the effective structuring of arbitral proceedings. In doing so, he also addressed the DIS Supplementary Rules on Third Party Notices and the frequently complex scenarios that may necessitate the outcome of an arbitration being binding on a third party.
