A banking consortium led by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Deutsche Bank AG provides a revolving working capital facility to facilitate the Group’s business operations and further growth in the coming years. DZ BANK AG, Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, has joined the syndicate as additional lead financing partner.
