Gleiss Lutz has advised Chinese CAC Nantong Chemical Co., Ltd. on the acquisition of HELM AG’s chemical plant protection portfolio in Europe.
Through the transaction, HELM AG and CAC Nantong Chemical expand their global strategic partnership. CAC Chemical GmbH, an affiliate of CAC, will take over the registrations and rights for the classic chemical plant protection portfolio of HELM in Europe.
