Birgit specialises in German and European antitrust law and has advised various national and international companies in antitrust proceedings before German and EU competition authorities and in antitrust litigation cases. She also has particular experience in merger control proceedings, including multi-jurisdictional filings, and focuses on legal advice in connection with distribution systems and compliance management. Birgit is a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management where she teaches in the Master of M&A program.
