Philipp advises on German and European competition/antitrust law, merger and foreign investement control (including complex multijurisidctional proceedings) and distribution agreements including legal representation before the European Commission and the Federal Cartel Office. Furthermore he is specialised in antitrust compliance programs and private antitrust litigation. He also advises companies in questions regarding unfair trade practices (UTP) in the food supply chain.
Philipp studied at the universities of Tübingen and Cologne. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2009.
Philipp is a member of the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR).
Philipp speaks German, English and French.
