Real estate transactions

Project developments
Gleiss Lutz advises extensively on project development plans. We handle all related development and implementation issues, from corporate and civil law-compliant structuring of projects to advising on public law permits through to drafting contracts for work and services with general planners, project managers, architects, and engineers, as well as contracts with construction companies (EPC and project management contracts).
