Rhued advises on German and European competition law with a focus on cartel investigations and merger control. Furthermore, he is specialized in antitrust compliance and distribution agreements.
Rhued studied law at the University of Tübingen. There he worked as a research assistant for the chair of antitrust law. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2018. As part of his legal clerkship Rhued worked for an international law firm in Stuttgart in the field of competition law and for Gleiss Lutz in Brussels.
Rhued is a member of the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers.
