Elisa advises on contract and liability law, with a focus on complex damages disputes as well as (international) private and plant construction. She represents clients in disputes both in and out of court. Additionally, she is specialised on national and international arbitration, including international investment law.
After her LL.M. studies, Elisa Freiburg was a fellow at the United Nations in New York City, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. From 2014 to 2018, she has worked as a research associate at the University of Potsdam. She is a member of the American Society of International Law and the German Initiative of Young Arbitrators (DIS40).
