Ulrich advises clients on European antitrust and state aid law, as well as on merger control and general European law. He represents German and foreign companies before the European Commission and national competition authorities, and has litigated more than 40 cases before the Courts of the European Union.
Ulrich is a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network (ICN) and a member of various associations, including the Berlin State Aid Forum (board member), the IBA, the ABA and the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law. Since 2017, Ulrich is a speaker at the postgraduate program Executive Master of European and International Business Law (E.M.B.L.-HSG) of the University of St.Gallen.
