Stefan advises and represents clients in national and international employment issues, in particular on works constitution, collective bargaining, termination and contract matters. He also regularly advises companies on restructurings and outsourcings. In addition, he has specific expertise in all labour law issues involving anti-discrimination and advises on the conclusion and termination of service agreements with executives. He further advises and represents companies in matters involving social security law.
He is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group, Company Pensions Working Group, and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
He speaks German and English.
