Larissa advises on individual and collective employment law. Her practice focuses primarily on company pensions and employment contracts.
Larissa studied in Hamburg, Cape Town (DAAD scholarship) and at Harvard Law School. She earned her doctorate in the field of company pension law (scholarship of Arbeitskreis Wirtschaft und Recht) and was awarded dissertation prizes. She completed her legal clerkship in Berlin and Bangkok, and has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2019.
She is a member of the German-American Lawyers' Association (DAJV).
