Katrin has extensive experience in advising companies on labour and employment law issues and representing them in court. She specialises in advising on the employment law aspects of compliance projects, internal investigations and negotiating with trade unions and works councils, in particular in connection with drafting IT-related works agreements on technical monitoring of staff behaviour and performance, including relevant employee data protection concerns. Katrin heads the HR working group of the German Institute of Compliance (DICO).
Katrin is a certified labour law attorney. She is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
In addition to German and English, Katrin speaks French, Italian and Dutch.
