Katrin advises and represents companies and associations in collective bargaining matters and on works constitution issues, negotiations with works councils, particularly in connection with M&A transactions, as well as on employment contracts and service agreements. Katrin is a member of the firm’s compliance focus group and heads the HR working group of the German Institute of Compliance (DICO).
She studied at the universities of Berlin, Bonn and Freiburg. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2002.
Katrin is a certified labour law attorney. She is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
In addition to German and English, Katrin speaks French, Italian and Dutch.
