Jens advises clients on all employment law-related issues, with a special focus on companies’ restructurings as well as works constitution and collective bargaining. His practice also includes representation in litigious employment disputes with employees, works and staff councils and labour unions.
A key focus in the range of his expertise is the subject of digitalisation / employment law 4.0.
He is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group and of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
