Doris-Maria advises and represents clients on all aspects of employment and labour law, in particular in complex works-council and union matters and company restructurings. She is also highly experienced in drafting employment contracts, transactions and in bonus and compliance related employment litigations. Doris-Maria has extensive experience in cross-border and labour litigation. In addition, she advises banks and financial service providers on the adaptation of contracts to IVV’s remuneration requirements. Doris-Maria co-heads the Gleiss Lutz focus group Banks.
Doris-Maria studied law at the University of Marburg. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2002. Doris-Maria is a certified labour law attorney. In 1999 she was seconded to an international law firm in Chicago.
She is a member of the board of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group, the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
