Wilhelm advises on restructurings as well as on insolvency and corporate law. His practice also focuses on litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Vita
Wilhelm studied law at the University of Munich and Business Administration at the University of Tübingen and the University of Missouri, Columbia (USA). From 2019 to 2020 he worked as a research assistant at the University of Munich (Chair of Civil and Corporate Law). He is a trained mediator. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2021.
