Tobias advises national and international clients on M&A transactions as well as on restructurings and insolvency. He has particular experience in cross-border transactions, carve-outs and distressed M&A.

Tobias studied at the universities of Bayreuth and Wellington (LL.M. 2003). He has been working with Gleiss Lutz since 2006. In 2010, Tobias was seconded to the legal department of a major German technology company.
